Thickness,
softness and efficient water absorption are three main properties
of fine towels. Among the three, water absorption is the most crucial
point to decides the quality of a towel. During the weaving of a towl,
particular techniques is required to ensure water absorption, the
techniques to control the twisting degree of the yarn. With years
of experiences, we believe£¬only through continuous tests£¬that we
can produce towls neither non-absorbent nor susceptible to pilling.

Towels
for hotel use have to be of a better quality as compared to towels
for family use. These towels should be thicker, softer and more
absorbent, in addition to being able to endure heavy washes under
high temperatures. Whiteness is another important criteria of
hotels. Most hotels prefer their towels to be bleached white and
this whiteness must be maintained after several washes. As you
know, towel is made up of a constrcuction of three layers yarn-bottom
layer(warp layer), middle weft layer and top floating thread.
The key to prevent the yellowish of the towel is to bleach the
yarn for the bottom layer before weaving the towel separatedly
and the other two layers should be kept as gray yarn to bleach
with bottom layer after weaving. It also reserves softness and
absorption of towels¡£
